About Us

Our aims and objectives

• To improve the living conditions of all our tenants.
• Encourage and support tenants to participate in the management of their homes.
• Invest in homes and services to meet the needs and aspirations of tenants.

What we do

We manage over 2500 homes in the Gorbals and Oatlands. We work with New Gorbals Housing Association in trying to deliver the aims and objectives in the local management plan. We also allocate houses and are reponsible for delivering investment in consultation with tenants.

Funding Bodies

GHA gets funding from Scottish Executive and its main income is from rent.
